Role Overview: We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Social Media Content Creator who can capture the heart of our dance community! Your role will be to create engaging, on-trend content that resonates with dancers and drives traffic to our studio. You’ll blend comedic, stylish, cool, and serious choreography into your content, showcasing the diverse talent and spirit of our dancers.
Key Responsibilities:
Ideate and create original video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) that highlights classes, showcases choreography, and promotes studio events.
Capture high-quality videos using an iPhone, ensuring that the energy and essence of the performances are effectively conveyed.
Edit videos using CapCut or similar programs, incorporating trending sounds, effects, and captions to enhance viewer engagement.
Collaborate with instructors and dancers to develop content that aligns with current trends while maintaining the studio's unique voice.
Monitor and analyse engagement metrics to refine content strategy and drive traffic to the studio.
Attend evening classes and events to capture authentic moments and foster relationships within the dance community.

Deliverables:
Weekly Content Plan: Submit a plan outlining content ideas for the week, including themes, formats, and posting schedule.
Monthly Performance Reports: Provide a summary of engagement metrics and insights to track growth and inform future strategies.
