Role Overview:
IMI ENTERTAINMENT Pty. Ltd. is seeking a creative and talented part-time videographer with proven experience in both shooting and editing high-quality videos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing dynamic content for various projects, including but not limited to dance videos, music videos, recap videos of events, and promotional videos. We are looking for someone who can think outside the box, deliver content that aligns with the brand’s vision, and has a keen eye for detail across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
Video production - Plan, shoot, and edit videos, ensuring high-quality output for dance performances, music videos, event recaps, and promotional content.
Creative direction: Work closely with the creative team to ensure that video content aligns with the brand’s identity and resonates with the intended audience.
Project Management: Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high quality standards.
Equipment Management: Operate and maintain professional video, lighting, and audio equipment.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and media, to ensure alignment on project objectives and outcomes.

Timely Delivery: Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and of high quality.
Consistency: Deliver videos that align with IMI ENTERTAINMENT's vision and uphold its creative standards.
Innovation: Consistently bring fresh and creative ideas to the table, enhancing the overall video production process.
Communication: Provide clear, open communication and feedback to team members and clients throughout the production process.
Adaptability: Be ready to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, often requiring flexibility in terms of working hours and conditions.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in videography and video editing across diverse industries (e.g., entertainment, events, education, etc.).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
Equipment Knowledge: Strong knowledge of video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of completed video projects.
Creativity: A proven ability to produce visually compelling content that tells a story.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a creative team and other departments.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot during shoots and edits.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
